HQD air-cooling spindle
This machine adopts HQD air-cooling spindle， which adopts high-quality aluminum profile to guarantee the long service life of the CNC machine. In addition, the spindle adopts ceramic ball bearings, which ensures a high speed and high processing accuracy of the spindle. And adopting fan cooling, and it can be used without connecting the water tank, water pipe and water pump directly to the inverter. Therefore, it has the advantages of low cost, convenient use and simple operation.
SYNTEC 6MB Control System
This machine adopts Taiwan SYNTEC 6MB control system. With an open PLC program, customers can plan according to processing needs. Complete functions, simple cycle to realize flexible dialogue programming, and simple operation. In addition, it provides graphic simulation function to facilitate program error checking. The handwheel simulation function uses the handwheel to control the tool path to facilitate processing and inspection.
Fuling Inverter
